painted LW buckle
US Officer's field shirt from SoF.
Not sure on the accuracy though I think it's right. But whatever the case it is a damn nice shirt.
Bren spare parts wallet, tool fouling Bren Mk1 and a strange German belt buckle with a skull on it.
Also some Krypton bulbs for my Tl-122 flashlights. If they had had them they would have used them.

This weekend I visited the National Vintage Comms' Fair, & I managed to pick up:
Yet another Brit' Type F MkII Field Phone, with buzzer module, in brilliant condition externally, but perished internal wiring (ripe for restoration!), for £5!
Spare/replacement carbon mic' capsules for the Brit telephones (like the ^above^) for <£1 each.
A US EE-8A field phone, missing it's leather case, but otherwise complete, for £2!
A pair of Brit' field telephone external 8" speakers units, missing their drivers. Retro-fitted, they'll make a nice looking pair of stereo-speakers for use at event socials, for £6 for both!
Three Brit' field telephone 'magneto exchange' keys (keys = the flick switches used to route the signal), two of them are '42 dated, one is a post-war replacement from the 60s, to go toward my field exchange build, for 50p each!
I'm off to another 'radio fair' this coming weekend - wish me luck!

Sounds good!
Where do you find out about these fairs? I've a few items I need myself...

Well, if you're willing to travel, the one I'm off to this weekend is the 'Dunstable Downs Radio Club car boot'. It's free entry from 9:00am, and I usually go there to pick up cheap guitar amps and the like, as well as old Mil' comms. The ham radio fraturnaty always have shedfulls-o-shiite that is ex-mil, that they don't use and are willing to let go for peanuts. Last year at the DDRC car boot, I very foolishly turned down a WS38 man-pack radio (all valves gutted from it, but main loom et al still in place), for £20

Doh!... That's quite a bit too far for me! lol
But the website says it's on the 23rd, which isn't this weekend...
Whoops, sorry. Yeah, you're right. I was getting my diary all in a mix-up.
Anything in particular you're wanting, that I could look out for?/I may already have?

I could do with a few things, but I think I should hold on to my cash this time... It's more of a case of planning a trip to a decent radio fair in the future.
